2. Website Operation
When you visit our website, we process technical information required to provide and secure our services. This may include your IP address, date and time of access, requested pages, browser and device information, and technical logs.
Our sales pages are operated using FunnelCockpit. We also use email and infrastructure services, including ALL-INKL.
We process this information based on our legitimate interests in providing a secure and reliable website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, where necessary, to provide requested services (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Technical logs are retained only as long as necessary for these purposes, subject to applicable legal obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
3. Cookies and Consent
We use essential cookies and similar technologies to provide website functions and remember your cookie preferences.
Where consent is required, optional marketing technologies are activated only after you have given your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and applicable electronic communications laws).
You can accept, reject or individually select optional cookie categories.
You may change or withdraw your consent at any time using “Cookie Settings” in the website footer.

4. Meta Pixel
We use the Meta Pixel provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited to measure advertising performance and support relevant advertising on Facebook and Instagram.
The Meta Pixel is activated only after you have given your explicit marketing consent. This may involve transferring information about visited pages, browser and device characteristics, and online identifiers to Meta.
The legal basis is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the Cookie Settings link in the website footer, with effect for the future.
On the Live Trading thank-you page, after your marketing consent, we also send a browser-based Purchase event to Meta to measure advertising performance, optimise advertising and exclude buyers from relevant advertising. Digistore24 provides the order ID, purchase amount and currency through the page URL. The amount and currency are passed to Meta; the order ID is used for a local browser record to prevent another sending attempt for the same order and may also be included in the page URL transmitted by the Pixel. This local record remains until you clear the website data in your browser. Without marketing consent, after rejection or after withdrawal, no new Purchase is sent. You can withdraw consent using Cookie Settings; previous transmissions are not undone.

5. Digistore24 and Purchases
Our digital products and memberships are sold through Digistore24 under its reseller model.
The seller and contractual party applicable to your purchase are identified during checkout. Digistore24 processes the information required for orders, payments, invoices and contractual administration under its own responsibility.
We receive the order and membership information needed to provide our services. This may include customer identifiers, purchased products, payment and membership status, and subscription periods.
We use this information to activate access, assign product entitlements, provide customer support and administer memberships.
Where necessary to provide our services, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Other applicable bases may include legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c) and legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
We do not receive complete credit card details or online banking credentials through these processes.

6. Membership Platform and Telegram
Purchased digital products and memberships are made available through our separately operated membership platform:
We process the account, authentication, purchase entitlement and usage information required to provide the purchased features.
Technical support and operation are provided in part by Krationis GmbH in Austria. The infrastructure includes servers located in the United Kingdom.
Depending on the purchased product, Telegram may be used to provide trading information, price alerts, notifications and community access. This may involve Telegram identifiers, account linking and membership permissions.
Where necessary to provide purchased services, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.

7. Contact and Support
When you contact us by email or through our contact form, we process your email address, message and technical information necessary to handle your enquiry. Depending on your request, this may also include your name, order numbers you provide, and information about purchased products, payments or access problems.
Our contact form is provided through FunnelCockpit. We use service providers including ALL-INKL to send and receive emails and to operate our support system.
For enquiries you email directly to support@futpepi-trading.com, we use an AI-assisted system connected to the OpenAI API. It identifies the issues raised, considers the necessary parts of the conversation, and drafts and checks replies using our approved support information. The content needed for these steps is sent to OpenAI and may contain personal data. For suitable standard enquiries, the system may send the checked reply automatically. Enquiries submitted through our contact form are handled personally. You receive an automatic acknowledgement when you submit the form.
You can email support@futpepi-trading.com to ask for a person to handle your enquiry, raise a privacy question or object to AI processing. Guntram Stark is responsible for reviewing these requests personally. Questions that require an individual decision or cannot be answered reliably from our support information are also intended for human review. Disputed payment, refund or contract matters are assessed by the party responsible, in particular Digistore24 as the seller.
We record case progress, internal queries, checks on draft replies and delivery events. We use internal reports to follow up on outstanding enquiries, identify errors and improve our support information. Section 9 explains how content submitted to OpenAI is used.
We process data under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR where necessary to perform a contract with you or to take steps at your request before entering into a contract. For other enquiries, and for AI assistance, support administration and quality assurance, we rely on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. Our legitimate interests are to handle enquiries reliably and promptly, follow up on outstanding issues and prevent errors and duplicate replies. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object on grounds relating to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR. You can contact us at the support address above.

8. Email Communication and KlickTipp
We use KlickTipp to organise customer communications and, where applicable, email marketing.
This may involve processing email addresses, product entitlements, order status and contact or automation attributes.
Service-related messages are processed where necessary to provide and administer our services.
Marketing emails are sent only where an applicable legal basis exists. You may withdraw consent where applicable, and marketing emails provide an unsubscribe option.
Where email opening or click tracking is used, the applicable privacy and consent requirements must also be observed.
9. Recipients and International Transfers
We work with technical service providers and platform operators, including FunnelCockpit, Digistore24, ALL-INKL, KlickTipp, Meta, OpenAI and the infrastructure and technical service providers of our membership platform. Depending on their role, they process data on our behalf or as independent controllers.
We use the OpenAI API for the AI-assisted support described in Section 7. Under OpenAI’s standard terms, OpenAI Ireland Ltd., Ireland, is the contracting party for our business in Austria. OpenAI’s Data Processing Addendum, incorporated into its Services Agreement, governs its processing of support content on our behalf. We do not share support messages or generated replies for the improvement or training of OpenAI’s general-purpose models.
Depending on the service, personal data may be processed outside the European Economic Area. For the OpenAI API, processing may involve OpenAI affiliates and sub-processors in the United States and other countries.
Transfers to countries covered by a European Commission adequacy decision may rely on Article 45 GDPR. Other transfers require appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses under Article 46 GDPR, unless a statutory exception applies. For onward transfers by OpenAI, its Data Processing Addendum provides in particular for standard contractual clauses or applicable adequacy decisions.
Transfers to certified US recipients may be covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the certification and processing activities fall within its scope.

10. Data Retention
We retain incoming messages, relevant conversation history and the information needed to handle an enquiry for as long as they are needed for the request and related follow-up questions. This also applies to related internal tasks and draft replies.
After a case is resolved, further retention depends on the status of the case, reasonably foreseeable follow-up enquiries, outstanding contractual matters, complaints or payment disputes, statutory retention obligations and the establishment, exercise or defence of specific legal claims.
We keep technical review and delivery logs and necessary reference identifiers only for as long as needed to maintain reliable operations, investigate errors or prevent duplicate processing. Where an identifier is still necessary, it may be kept separately from the full message.
We retain membership and access data for as long as needed to operate the account and provide contractual services. Contract and accounting information is subject to the applicable statutory retention requirements.
We retain marketing data until consent is withdrawn or the purpose of processing no longer applies, subject to any records that must be kept.
When the relevant purpose and all other grounds for retention cease to apply, we delete or effectively anonymise the data. Backups may contain data until they are replaced in the normal backup cycle. If a backup is restored, previously deleted or restricted content must be removed or restricted again before it is used in normal operations.
Optional storage of API responses is disabled for our support requests. Separately, OpenAI may retain content and metadata in security and abuse-monitoring logs, normally for up to 30 days. Longer retention is possible where required by law or necessary to protect the services or third parties. Temporary technical caching may also occur depending on the model.
Where service providers process data as independent controllers, their own retention rules apply.
11. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law, you have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing and obtain data portability.
You may object to processing based on legitimate interests under the applicable conditions and withdraw consent at any time with future effect.
